Question About Philips MP3 Player None
initializing....

My player won't come on. Everytime I try to turn it on nothing comes up., THen when i try to charge it it shows Go Gear and then initializing. Those are the only two things that come up when I plug it on. How do I get it to stop? And how do i get the normal screen to show up. where i can go back to my music?

0 Every time that I plug my Media player into my computer, it doesn't recognize it and wants to add the device through hardware wizard. I can not find my install disk. What should I do?
