I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO SYNC FROM WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER TO MY PHILLIPS MP3 PLAYER. I DID THE DRAG AND DROP BUT THE QUALITY WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE IPOD SHUFFLE THAT I HAD. I DO LIKE THE PHILLIPS BETTER, NO SOFTWARE TO DOWNLOAD MY.
