How to Delete Music...

PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DELETE ALL MUSIC FOM THIS MP3 PLAYER.. I HAVE GONE TO WHERE IT SAYS RESTORE, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS, I WANT TO GIVE IT TO SOMEONE AND WOULD LIKE TO DELETE MY MUSIC OUT OF IT... HOPE YOU CAN TELL ME, THANK YOU VERY MUCH
