my mp3 player freezes when trying to update it gets to 99% then freezes then i have to restart it and it does the same thing again then i have to restart it again. i can charge it and transfer everything but i can't update my mp3 player because it stops at 99% and i can't shut if off. i even let update all night until the batteries gave out . so how do i fix my mp3 player so it works as good as new
