My MP3 is frozen. Ive done a soft reset- its the only way to shut it off. It updates when turned on, it then freezes & my PC can't ID it. I tried a hard reset as in the manual but the repair program just runs & runs, but the pc does ID my player at that time, but doesn't know when unplugged. I've installed all updates. Also, I bought a digital copy of a movie & downloaded it to WMP but when I try to put on device - it says its protected. Do I have to upgrade to the newer version that plays .wmv files?
