file format not supported...

when I try to listen to audio books on my GoGear 8 gb mp3 player sa 3285/37 it says file format not supported. How can I listen to my audio books?

5 and it keeps saying file system error

0 my mp3 does not play all songs i put on it. over half the songs says file not supported
