Greetings, When I turn on the digital recording device, it gives me an "error" symbol: a triangle with "! 301" inside of it. The user manual says that this symbol may mean that buttons are stuck. I've attempted to "unstick" buttons, but none actually appear to be stuck. I've also changed batteries and pressed the small "reset" button in the back (at least I thought thats what it was). I'm not sure what else to do, but at this point, the recorder is unusable.
