I have the installation cd and have unistalled and reinstalled the software several times, reset the device several times. I have looked on the internet for a different driver and can't find any help. Windows Media player won't recognize the device nor will the video conversion software the came with the device. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
