deleting files from my gogear audio player via windows media player...

WHEN I SYNCED TO MY WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER , IT SYNCED VIDEOS ASWELL.I ONLY WANT MUSIC FOR NOW SO HOW DO I DELETE THEM OFF THE DEVICE VIA WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER?
