cant install mps on computer...

when i use the add hardware i get a message that says successfully loaded driver but cannot find the hardware device. (code 41) what is wrong it is plugged in properly

0 I have this device and it has songs on it but I can not figure out how to delete what I don't want on there... This is getting frustrating.
