How do I clear this problem? Is there a phone # for Phillips support?

1 Plug your voicetracer into the USB with Download Manager open. Above the bottom file window, locate the "Format" icon (last on the left). Click it and say yes that you want to reformat the disk and erase all content. This resolved the problem for me, and I can now record.
