Question About Philips Handheld TV 21PT5221
Tuning Channels...

Hello. When I try to tune my channels, I follow the directions, going into install, but then there is something in red letters saying "N. Inact" which blocks my ability to tune channels. Can someone tell me please how to get rid of this "N. Inact"? Thank you, Gregory
