Question About Philips Clock Radio Aj3950/17
how to set the time...

I can't seem to set the time. Don't know if I'm not doing it right or the buttons aren't working. When I push the time button the time flashes but doesn't go to hour or minute setting, and the up and down buttons don't seem to do anything.
