Help syncing outdoor thermometer...

I cant seem to sync my outdoor thermometer to my clock so it will display inside my house. I have the philips aj 260/37

0 I need help. We lost battery power and the clock has reverted to non-daylight saving time and I can't seem to change it back. What do I do--AJ 260/37 is the model number
