Clock Radio AJ3400/37: volume always reverts to le...

Clock Radio AJ3400/37: volume always reverts to level 07 when turned on. Can I set this to a different volume level? (for instance if I turn it off while listening at volume level 03, I would like it to have it at that same level when I turn it on again)
