I have bought 2 x these radios at a car boot and i am having trouble getting the to talk to each other a friend of mine said that it could be that they are programmed to work with a base station and i am wondering if there is a way in which could get thse re-programmed so that they d not need a base station to work and they are like 2 way radios, I am hoping that you can help as i work as a security guard and i am in need to get these to work for my job many thanks speak to you soon cheers peter costello
