radio works fine the problem i am experiencing is with the mic. when i go to use the shoulder mic it doesnt pic up anything. Now this is the second radio that has been purchased for me via the sherriffs office and both brand new ones are having the same issue. it is my greatest hope that you and your team would be able to help me resolve the malfunction,... and keep using the product in question.
