Question About Philips Portable DVD Player PET741/37
This DVD does not play. It keeps saying "no disc" ...

This DVD does not play. It keeps saying "no disc" when we put a disc in. It will play a cd but it won't read a DVD. This began just as soon as we bought it and got it home and plugged it in.
