3 dvd player not working Ican see the blue screen.When I put the disc,I can hear disc running fastly but there is no playback. 3 I received a gift of digital labs k715 model and all I get is a blue screen?

3 When this model DVD player sits unused for a period of time, the optical transport sticks. Lubricate the transport rods with a thin coat of chapstick or petroleum jelly, move the transport back and forth with the power off and it may start working again. This fixed a DL 715 D with these symptoms.
