usb says it doesn't recognize mp3 player...

won't let me put anything on the mp3 player don't know what I am doing

0 I can't upload anything onto this. When I connect it to the computer it looks like the songs are in the file, but when you go to listen it says its empty. I can't find a decent manual for it. It only came with a brief pamphlet that doesn't help. Can anyone help????
