0 When you plug them in, windows media player has a hard time recognizing them. Now then the easy way to work around this is to plug it in, find the folder your music is in and copy/paste (ctrl+c/ctrl+v) it into the mp3 player using your my computer browser. Sylvania however screwed up and you can only copy up to 512mb of music before you need to create a new folder (Right click, scroll to new, click new folder. Name it whatever you choose) on the mp3, then copy the rest of the music in that folder.
