i just got this slick mp3 player for christmas. it was working fine but now it wont play any song it wont ge past the music menu or go over to other options, and it will not turn off once it is turned on. i seriously need some help!!!! my email is sweet_pea1452@yahoo.com if u can figure out what is wrong or can tell me what i can do to fix this please let me know!
