Item : Sylvania SMPK7874 Video MP4 Player 4GB Battery will not do a complete charge. Will not charge completel, have tried many outlets by house, by computer, by auto. The charge is never more than 2 cells. I really like all features and would like to continue using item Got this as a gift and would like for it to work for more than an hour at a time. Please help...
