I have a Sylvania SMP2200 2GB MP3 player and have been using it for about a year. It has worked well until recently. When I delete all files, it still shows that over 400MB is used and when I plug in headphones, it plays an audio file that I previously downloaded but deleted. I have loaded a new audio file (a book with many chapters) but it won't play. How do I fix this?
