I have a coby MP3 Player mp620-8G. I have used it in the past with my desktop without issue, but recently I connected it to my laptop and while it charges the mp3 player, I can not access any of the files, nor sync any music to it. Help. My desktop runs Windows XP and my Laptop runs Windows 8.1.
