I got this for myself for Christmas and am just now getting around to check it out. There is no user's manual nor software that we need to use this product! It also is an MP4 Player, and does Video, and has an am/fm radio as well as an alarm clock on it. I love the unit if only I could find out how to use it!! I would apprediate any help I could get!
