The printing on the online manual is too small to ...

The printing on the online manual is too small to read. Can you just tell me how to set the time or do I just need to go ahead and throw this piece of trash away and go buy one made in America that works? (if you can find one)

0 on nearly every device if you hold ctrl and scroll simultaneously, it changes the zoom on the screen up or down. I just did it withi this manual and fixed my problem using it.
