Sylvania dual alarm clock radio model SCR1388B. I am so frustrated with this product. I CANNOT FIND out how to turn off the alarms permanently. I can change the times of the alarms but cannot stop the alarm from ringing. NOTHING IN THEIR MANUAL so are we supposed to guess? I have tried so many times.

0 This will nit work with this model because the alarm and volume buttons are one of the same.

-1 To cancel Alarm One, hold down the Alarm One button while you press the Volume Down button repeatedly, until both the Radio and Buzzer indicators for Alarm One are off. 

To cancel Alarm Two, follow the same routine, but use the buttons for Alarm Two and Volume UP instead. Hold down Alarm Two while you press Volume Up repeatedly, until neither the Radio nor the Buzzer indicator for Alarm Two is lit. When both indicators are out, the alarm is disabled.
