Question About Sylvania Portable DVD Player DVD7015A
We got this as a gift and I think my toddler pulle...

We got this as a gift and I think my toddler pulled something inside of it the day we got it so I don't know what it looked like before vs. what it looks like now. It's not working. It consistently says "no disk". There is a little white tape looking thing that is popped up, I don't know if that's the problem. Please advise!
