there is clearly NO SERIAL NUMBER on the back of my sdvd1030. I thought they are suppose ingrain this into the back! I have looked until my eyes have bugged out & the dvd player stopped working & I need this to track down my receipt from walmart in order for my player to be in warranty (bought this 12/12 only eight months old!) The comapny won't fix it without a bill of sale
