I bought this DVD player mid-November and it worked for about 3 DVDs and then quit. The DVD would spin but with no picture or sound. I followed the instructions in the user's manual and sent my DVD player, money order and receipt/invoice to your repair center about December 3rd. I have not received my repaired DVD player or any other communication. How long does it usually take for a repair? Any idea when I can received my repaired DVD player?
