Question About Sylvania Portable DVD Player SDVD9000
I have an MP4 file I am trying to play on the SDVD...

I have an MP4 file I am trying to play on the SDVD9000. Picture looks great BUT no sound. The Message "Audio CodeC is not Supported" I tried a bunch of MP4 files, same message. These files all work fine on my IPOD and computer just not this product. What MP4 Files does this product play per their manual?
