How do I return a defective dvd player model # SDVD7051?An owner's manual was not included. The cover plate for the dvd is detached & therefore will not play.Walmart will not allow me to return it because I purchased on 06/20/2014 and attempted to return it on 07/06/2014. It waspurchased as a gift & given as a gift on 07/05/2014,
