XP doesnt recognize...

Just bought this, but my Windows XP system doesnt recognize it. HELP

3 i had the same problem but it was an mp3 player. If it has a reset button, disconnect it from the computer and reset it, then check in My Computer to see if it's there(under Removable Devices.)
