5 Probably corrupt file(s) on the device. I just got one and it does the same thing. When I looked at the files I found one folder with multiple corrupt files, but they are OK on my laptop. I reformatted the drive and tried again - got corrupt files on it again (different files). Device is defective.

0 had the same problem, ALL songs have to be in one folder, there CANNOT be multiply folders because it would only recognize maybe one or two songs in either folders
