what format does the video need to be in to play on the player...

video in avi will not play says wrong formatt

0 I have the SMPK8854B and nothing will download onto my player. I have tried Windows 7and windows XP. It says that songs were downloaded but the music file says empty!! I'm sad. Any suggestions would be muchly appreciated. jb11@uniserve.com
