video problem...

every time I try to play the converted video files, it indicates "file format error". what can I do with this one?

0 I tried to contact the service centers three times. The 1st one told me to reformat the mp3 player, then re download the video files again, the 2nd told me to create a video folder to the mp3 player, then put all the converted video files (still doesn't work) and finally the 3rd suggestion I had is to return the product from where I purchased it.
