Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMP2002
using it after i put music on it...

i figured out how to down load to the mp3 player, but when i turn the mp3 player on after i disconnect from computer it wont come on. the music i downloaded to it is on there because it shows up in the file folder when i plug mp3 player into the computer. help!

0 I assue you have taken a paper clip and done a factory reset to clean up memory issues. If you haven't that is where you will need to start. You must also realize that your going to lose all data when you do this. Anyway if this does not fix the problem you have a hardware issue. I rather doubt that is the case.

0 ou may have a corrupted windows driver. What operating system are you using? Vista, XP or Win98 are the only ones supported on this model. If your running Vista do not load any drivers that came on the CD!

0 u might try turning the switch off then back on. and check the players volume button to make sure it is not at 0. last but not least make sure u have the correct type of music files loaded onto the player.
