5 I bought this unit today and hate it already. Even though I have the manual I can't make it work. The instructions are almost too small to read and too complicated for me.

5 I had the same problem making the videos into the correct format. I used the software that came with the player to convert video. You have to make sure its the correct resolution. 320 X 240, quality normal, aspect ratio full. Even with those settings some videos files will fail to playback properly.

5 The manual is tooo small, I cant get the darn thing to work on a MAC or a PC, disk is no help

4 The manual says that the videos need to be avi. format and i have them in that format but when i go to watch them on mp3 player and a screen pops up that says file format error. How do i fix it?

4 After some searching I have found the manual online. It is a little better than the one it comes with. I have called there help desk and talked to someone who knew less about the product then I did. When I asked questions, he kept telling me that i had to go to the website under the FAQ section. I have got the thing to work, some tips: Make sure your audio is MP3 and not MP4...This unit will not play mp4 files. Make sure you convert all your video using the converter that is on the disk supplied. I have yet to figure out the firmware upgrade, which the guy at their helpdesk told me to install, but it will not work.
