usb cord...

ive tried on many different computers and all say dont recognize usb

0 It should have been supplied with a USB cable. I have found that USB cables for the Motorola Razer Phones work perfectly with my player. You can also use SmartPhone USB cables made for HTC Touch Screen CDMA Diamonds. You can only use Sprint, Alltel, or Vorizon versions. Do not use the GM 3 HTC it is not compatable.
