i put in the installations cd and the users manual say "open firmware file(.rfw) click update to start the firmware upgrade prcess" but when i put the cd in and click on firmware it take me to different screen and then when i got to one that said setup...it didnt work...said something bout it was not completes...then came up and it look like some kind of foreign language that i dont recognize...please help me
