I just bought and unable to turn on the player. How do I do it.

0 I have to hold mine down for 10 or more seconds to get it to activate. If you hold it down 20 or more seconds and it does not fire up you probably have a bad battery. In that case you might have to send it in for a replacement. Don't expect to get the same player back. They don't go to the trouble to service these devices. See Part 2

0 They just would send you a new one. Or you might do as I did and went to Big Lots and they had them for $25.00. I trashed the one my grand daughter distroyed. They may be on Big Lots website.
