Question About Sylvania MP3 Player smpk3604
"U disk" mode to usb charging mode...

to get started in manual, after plugging in MP3 player via usb, you must press menu or safely remove buttons to gei from "U disk" to battery charging mode with battery icon showing. What menu button are they talking about and safe remove clicking doesn't help. I can't get a bettery charging icon, and therefore can't find my MP3 on computer. Help please!!!

0 my Sylvania smpk3604 was working fine the first couple time i put it in, but now it will only show the battery icon, so my computer won't recognize it. i haven't downloaded anything and have tried looking on the hardware from my computer on multiple computers, and it is not there. HELP!
