Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK2242
troubleshooting...

I just got this mp4 player for christmas. It worked when I first took it out of the package and turned it on. It had a low battery so I plugged it into the charger and charged it for about six hours. Now, when I turn it on, it will not come on. All I get is a white screen.
