touch screen...

My touch screen is off. When I try to turn it up it goes to the next song.

4 I had a small problem with mine and it was just out of calibration. You fix this issue by turning the unit on, going into the display gadget, and then hit the calibrate button. Hit the little crosses with your stylus at each hot spot, and not your finger! It should correct this problem.

0 i have tried the doing the calibration inside the display icon. i did it over and over again and it still hasent fixed it.

0 I downloaded a song that wasn't supported by the mp3player. The screen said warning file format error and then the screen froze up and I couldn't do anything. When I plugged it into my computer to try and take the song off, it said read-only file and I couldn't add, edit, or delete any songs. PLEASE HELP!! thanks

0 hey, i just bought it today and i have NO CLUE how to turn it off, i was told the 10 minute thing? it still dident turn off, IS THERE NOT A TURN OFF BUTTON ? thanks.
