the touch doesnt touch...

when i try to touch the mp3 it doesnt touch

0 Your touchpad might be broken, but if you havent found the touch stick its located at the bottom left corner(its the ruffled part on the side of it)just slide it out and try that.

0 O.K., this may or may not help you. However, I bought this mp3 player yesterday for my trip to morocco and I was confused about how it worked too. I kept touch the screen after it went and and nothing. I know the power but on the side should do something. So this morning when I woke I pushed it up and held if for a few seconds and low and behold it came back on. I was excited but then that's me. Again I hope this helps.
