Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854B
Sylvania touch mp3 player...

I cannot upload any of my music to the mp3. My computer is brand new and it keeps telling me to connect player when it is connected already. i have three different wizards to help and i have the manufacturer CD that came with it and doesnt install or do anything.
