I touched my mp3 player and static shock zapped it and now the screen is blank (color of screen is white) but still plays music and I've lost the disc so i can't get in the device to reset it and pressing the reset button also has no effect on the screen either and I'm having issues finding the right website to download a digital copy of the CD(Sylvania's website is useless) ANY info would help right now thx
