Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854B
Sylvania SMPK8854B...

I plugged device into computer to erase songs, when I unplugged it the "battery full" indicator appeared on the screen and I can't get it off. It will not turn on or off and the pc won't recognize the device while the battery indicator is on.

0 It sounds to me either you device driver is corrupt or missing altogether. Uninstall the device driver or do a "SYSTEM RESTORE" and choose the last time it ran good. Run a registry cleaner to correct all errors on your computer. After you do this and the device still gives you this problem then most probably the mp3 player interface is out.
