Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMP2002
Sylvania SMP2012 2gb...

Purchased new a few days ago. It is now only playing 2 seconds of the same song and then stops. You have to turn it off and back on to get the song to play again but still repeating only 2 seconds. Won't shuffle or move to the next song. Battery is fully charged and volume is turned up
